Hostile husband and in laws and disrespectful behavior towards me

08-Nov-2023 (In Family Law)
Hi, I married 6yrs back and since last two years I’m facing marital issues. We both were working and he was busy preparing for govt exam After my husbands success in becoming a civil servant the behaviour of his family started changing . Initially there were passing remarks about having proposals who will give him 1crore money by his elder sister. His elder sister also jokingly asked me to gift her gold and diamond jewellery multiple times. He is on training since last 10 monthand I hv shifted to my parents. his mother passed away few months back and due to my health issue I could not travel to his hometown. After which things started become uglier and now his family has stopped talking to me .Husbndhas started becoming verbally abusive. So much so that since last 4 months he only calls to shout and abuse. Please help me as I’m scared that verbal abuse will escalate into violence. He refuses counselling, cut ties with my parents, n his family has cut ties with me.

Dear Madam, It is very easy to bring to terms your husband because he is civil servant and holding responsibile job. You can file multiple cases against him and also give complaints to his higher authorities so that he can feel the heat and come for compromise immediately. There are no chances of he marrying for second time unless you agree for mutual divorce.
