Hoe to determine share in property

I am son of mallana gouda kaulor want to have share of 1 of 3 share,means 3 sons to father,other 2 share to other 2sons,totally we have 230 acres and odd,2complex,1village house and 2town house,say how this property to be given to 3sons,nothing so serious i am casually asking about the share in our property.

Your family possess huge property. To avoid future complications you must take the issue of partition very seriously not casually. It must duly registered and signed by all the sharers. Please consult a professional Civil Advocate.

If it is ancestral property means you will get your share without any complications. If it is your father's self acquired property means then it will be distributed as per your father's will and wish and you cannot compel for the same. In case of ancestral property all you siblings will get equal rights in the property.

Share equally your rights since you know value of property each one analyse the property and get equal share a person who is educated can take 30 % uneducated 40% parents remaining till your parents are there let them enjoy remaining later share equal.
