Hindu Divorce Application Process- Husband not ok with mutual divorce

I am married for 5 months now, it's a love marriage. After the consent of both the families we got married. But now the behaviour of my husband has changed, he keeps saying he will not let me to dominate him. Though I have never tried to do so. He fights with me for silly reasons. He values money more than me. When I raised this up with his mother, she said he's innocent and he does not do such things and he also inturn supports his mother for any thing wrong she does. What needs to be done?

1. you can file the domestic violence case against your husband and mother for torturing you. 2. you can file the judicial separation case for living separately. 3. you can also file divorce case against your husband

okay I understand your questions so she can take a counseling first both husband and wife after that also he is doing same problem she can moove with under law like saparation Or divorce or she can file a domestic violence case Or she can file 498a case . she can take a compinsation from him loss of marriage
