Hindu boy and Muslim girl marriage possibilities

Dear Sir,
I am hindu boy and my girlfriend is muslim and we both are above 22+ age, I am also working so financially independent. Now If we want to marry each other how we can proceed, If we assume both of our family dont agree on it but as adult citizen of India we can marry at court ? also if possible we dont want to change our religion for marriage. Can you kindly help us with details
marriage between hindu and muslim recently stated by court is not legal but if any child born out of the wedlock, the child will get father's property be it in moneywise or propertywise. See the law says you cannot, there is nothing called court marriage, you can visit a marriage registrar and get married under special marriage act
