Hii I am 18 year girl from Maharashtra my family is forcing to marriag

I am 18 year girl girl from Maharashtra and I don't want to live with my parents if I live home and my parents give missing complaint so what should I do how can I leave home legally in Maharashtra if police not taking case so what should i do is there any legal way to leave my parents and home I can live any where do job and settle?
Well, you can stay away from your Parents. You have to file a Writ Petition in High Court stating Why you want to stay away from your Parents and you can also pray to the Court that you want your Marriage to be done as per your's wish, not with the whims and fancies of your Parents.

Nobody can force anyone to marry with a particular person, if that be the case then that is an offence in the eyes of law. In your situation, morally you should your bit to convince your parents with the help of other relatives and friends and thereby maintain ties. If not then you do have legal options with u.
