Hi Team...After filing RCR and after Recieveing The court notice respondent is not at all bother to attend the court....after 6th consecutive date issued from court....ow judge is not doing the case as ex parte because of SOP of courts because of covid 19.....and we all don't know when this Covid SOP comes to an end.....because in karnataka lot of covid cases r coming every day....from from Feb 2020 till date case status remains the same....please let me know the legal procedures for the above problem..........

Litigants are afraid of to fight for their rights against courts. Just approach Vigilance Department of High Court and lodge complaint. Approach District judge and lodge complaint. Send letter saying you will sit dharna as that of Mahatma Gandhi. You will succeed.

Till the SOP is in force court cannot place matter exparte. In case your lawyer is not representing properly you can change your counsel. Feel free to consult me for further guidance if you need in this regard in karnataka
