HELP!!!! Things are getting worse.

12-Jan-2024 (In Family Law)

My dad and we were suppose to shift our home last year but since 2 months he is staying separately and not giving us monthly expenses and not taking any responsivities of his wife and his children's. He is having affair with someone from many years and now he is saying us he will not provide us anything and give away his property.

If your father is not ready to take care of you and your mother then you have to approach the court for demanding maintenance and other your rights. The fact that he has an affair has to be proved to court but may be helpful to you

your mother may file a case of domestic violence against him and in the case may ask for maintenance, compensation, residence and other restraining orders. If children are minor then they may claim maintenance from. him..
