Help required to stay with husband

I have faced mental torture from my husband & his family. Due to which I left my matrimonial home. But is there any provision if I want to live with my husband, can I? Do court can mediate and resolve our issue as I don't want to get separated/divorced.
Yes Family matters are at separate footing from other litigations and it is the endeavor of the court and also of the lawyers to get the matter amicably settled through mediation first failing which it will be disposed off on merits

Yes, a domestic violence complaint can be filed in the court and you can seek residential order and protection order from the court whereby, you will be allowed by the court to stay in the matrimonial home with your husband and in laws and in case if you are being tortured again, they will be arrested.
