Hello RCR filed and first hearing date on 22/4/2022, i got a call from my father in law to withdraw the case or else they will file fake dowry harrasment case ?? They have no intention to send back my wife to my house. Can i withdraw RCR if she doesn't appear in court on first hearing and apply for divorce ?? They already said she is not coming back again.. what should I do ??
okay I understand your questions so yourvwife not interested to live with you and her parents also not interested right then why are you waiting her she is not come to live with you you have to file it divorce case then she will come back to you may be or she is not interested she also seeking divorce it will closed it 2or 3 months with in if you need any legal help contat me

Nothing to worry of your father in law threat. If you have such conversation, along with the copy of hte RCR, file a Police complaint against father in law of threting you in that you mention the detail facts from your view point. The complaint in a way that your wife of her family member could not be proceeded to file Dowry CAse against you.

1. They can or may file a Dowry case.
2. Dont withdraw the RCR even is she wont come. It will protect you from Criminal Case
