My father passed away 3 years ago and after that my grand father died, but he did not make any will. So in heir investigation paper can I mentioned my married sister name? My cast is hindu maratha.

Yes you have to mention the name of your married sister because as per Hindu Succession Act and as per the recent judgement passed by hon'ble Supreme Court of India girls having equal inheritance right.

yes you may add the name of your married sister name. every child born whether legitimate or illegitimate are have equal rights on the property when there is no will.
you may add your married sister name in the document .
