Harrassment to me and my family by brother's wife. Tell me what to do?

Hello. My brother got married in 2014. His wife is cunning and she behaved very badly towards our family from the start. We gave her time to get settled and she always found a way to harass everyone. She used to abuse everyone. My mothe and family belongs to a respectable one. We didn't want to lose our status and hence didn't take action. Now they have a son also and she always used to call to her family and tell each of a bit of the thing about our family like a spy in the home. This created a lot of issues. She is eccentric also. She has a bad tone and his family is a criminal type. They are thieves and whatever they are and do, just defame and say the same to others. We were always under her and survived their dictatorship from the start but now she is also spoiling his son. She has no work to do and terrorize us that she will trap us in the laws, which are sadly created for innocent women for our country. These laws are getting misused by these types of women. What to do?
