Harrasment from single parent - Narcissistic behaviour and personality

Can i sue my mother from harrassment, jeopardizing family money on self pleasure, ignoring autistic child, being abusive and ignorant with their children. She is misusing family money that came from my expired father, she hasn't earned a single penny. She assumes all the property and cash is hers. We are a family of 3, can i get my share post suing her?
Yes, you can restrain your mother for misusing money of inheritance by your mother, see each and every child of deceased father is having equal share with his mother/wife of deceased and if the child is minor his mother will become his local guardian but not with the ownership right of the share property of her minor children. She shall be only custodian of the property of the share of her minor child and she is strictly liable to utilise that property for the use of welfare and study of the minor child and not for her own interests and enjoyment.
