Harassment from in brother in law for property

Hi, I have a query as to where can I file a complaint against my husband’s brother who is an NRI, resident of Denmark and have been harassing my husband since a very long time for property. Also he manipulated his father and got the property in his name and during the lockdown got us kicked out of the house. He has never taken care of his parents and have been taking rent from us. All my jewellery in the locker is now nowhere and nobody in the family took it into account. I have been struggling with them since 13 years now and lost all my jewellery, and other properties. Also because of this harassment my father in law passed away in December by heart attack After that he forced my husband to sign an NOC that he does not want to have a stake in the property which he did but he has been harassing us for taking our own assets like AC etc. My husband is very gentle and doesn’t want to get involved in any matter but it’s never ending from his side. I have lost everything for the family.
