harassment from husband and mental torture

I am Christian in Faith. Married for 19 years and since then my husband does not work, he accuse me and abuse me in front of friends & relatives. I am a sole working member in the family and having one son who is studying he is 19 yrs old. My husband also threatens to kill me because previously i put him in jail. He now wants the money which he gave me some years back and said he will leave me. I know it is a lie. He follows me everywhere i go to work, church, into the next room of our flat, kitchen etc. I have no freedom of movement. All he wants is shelter, food, smokes, drinks and sex and the day i do not give into him I am abused with all kind of hurtful language you cannot imanage. I need advice what should i do with this kind of man.
Hi. Read over your post in details. Since you cannot tolerate this kind of a man in your life, why don't you go for divorce ? It will be absolutely of no use if you complaint to the police and put him behind bars since he has been in jail before. Please contact us for more details.

You should file a domestic violence case against your husband so that court will decide on your behalf and punish your husband and do justice to you. If you do not take action he will kill you on a regular basis mentally.

Kindly report the same with the women's commission and also file a complaint under domestic violence along with a formal police complaint at the appropriate police station. Since you had already put him in jail you can produce the said order stating that he is continuing his behaviour and there is no change.

I think he is a person who only wants your money for enjoy only and completely suspicious in nature. It is not curable by treatment. Because it is purely a Mental disease and develop a Criminal mind day to day. My suggestion for you to take Divorce from him otherwise, he can do anything upon you.
