Hello sir/madam, nMeri wife 01/01/2022 se apne ghar rah rahi hai. I defense m job krta hu. Na wo ghar aa rhi hai na hi divorce de rhi hai. 1 yrs se mere se ki contact nhi hai. Pr mere department main complaint krti rhi hai me , main usko ghar pr nhi lana chata. Maine kai baar koshish bhi ke, pr woh jhooth bol kr harassment kr rhi hai. Abhi women cell m fake complaint kr di hai ke mere parents dwory ki demand krte hai or mere wife ko forcely drugs bhi khilate the or maarte bhi the. Mai kitne time baad divorce file kr skta hu. Woh bhi bina maintenance diye. Hamara koi child nhi hai. Or wife teacher hai

dear client as per your query since she has deserted you so you can file for divorce as divorce is of two types mutual and contested so here you have to file contested divorce you can consult me online by paying online consultancy fees...

apko immediately acha vakil ke paas jaake baat kariye kaise woman cell mein jaake unko handle karna hein aur ek sec 9 file kariye ta ki aap ka bachao ho saake aur aap zada chinta maat kare aur dowry bolne se dowry nahi hota woh gift hota hein mein convert ho sakta hein
