Harassment by inlaws husband still supporting them what should I do

04-Aug-2023 (In Family Law)
Two years ago I got married. My parents gave 120 grams of gold as a dowry. My mother-in-law & father-in-law are in a town.My husband was working in another town so I and my husband were in that town.whenever I and my husband get to my mother-in-law home.for me, for any small reason my father-in-law & mother-in-law & sister-in-law used vulgar words and insult me.so I don't want to go there. For this reason, my mother-in-law & father-in-law are fighting with me.If my husband says all about this, he does not bother about me. my husband said to me "you do whatever you want. i want my family only". I can't tolerate all of this. For all of this I have been living in a my home town for over a year. What should I do?

you can file complaint under Dv act and seek protection order against your husband and your mother in law ,father in law and sister in law. you can also file for divorce if your husband does not want to stay with you . no sense in handing over entire salary to mother inlaw / husband .you can seek maintainance also

You don't have to live separately for the experiencing ill mannered behavior from your in-laws and sis-in-law and that also who are living separately in a different town with whom you don't have to tackle every day . Meanwhile you can't make this bug issue to live separately from your husband unless he doesn't treat you well. He just said he can't say that his family is not important and other than this he treats you well than avoid visiting your in-laws and stay with your husband by mentioning your comfortableness regarding the same. Otherwise if you are willing to take divorce than contact advocate.
