Harassment by husband and inlaws because i conceived within 15 days

Hi, I am a Hindu girl and was married 1 year ago. It was an arranged marriage. O conceived within 15 days of my marriage. From then I am being harrased mentally and physically by my in-laws and husband. I was harrased on every issue be it dowry, earning, my savings, my job, how to sit, what to wear, food everything. I have been doing all house chores given to me. Still there was continuous I'll treatment as if I was the maid. My husband used to slap me, twist my ankle etc. I called my parents several times, sometimes along with my relatives but of no use. My husband, mil and fil are completely in control of my brother in law and his wife. My husband took a separate house on rent and comes to sleep in the house only. I have a small baby. Whenever I speak anything he starts recording and otherwise is always abusing my family. He doesn't gives me any salary. What should I do please help. He is secretly keeping small evidences of my small mistakes and keeps on checking my phone regularly.
You have the option to file a divorce petition on the ground of cruelty and to file a complaint of domestic violence act, and of demand of dowery , you have also the option to live separate and to claim maintenance ..... What to do is depends upon the circumstances of each case after discussion....

First of all, stop getting harassed by them. BE BRAVE AND BE STRONG!!! Don't forget that we are living in a modern time when women are not meant to tolerate the misbehavior or ill treatment from anyone and to kept silent just for sake of her and her family's reputation. Now women are capable to teach the culprits a lesson he/she will never forget. From the legal point of view, first of all give an application to S.H.O. concerned of the Police Station, within whose jurisdiction you are residing, describing the facts about the maltreatment, harassment and illegal demands you are suffering since marriage and requesting him/her to take action U/Sec. 498-A I.P.C. against the culprits and secondly file an application U/Sec 125 Cr.P.C., claiming the maintenance from your husband or you can also file an complaint under Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act.

You can take a strict action against them. Lodge a complaint at nearest police station u/s 498a if they are harassing or torturing you physically. You can also move a petition for dowry harassment but this can make situation more worse. So first just warn them and if they are not ready to mend their ways lodge a complain at nearest police station. Thank you.
