Harassment by husband after dismissed case what to do

I was burnt by my husband the kerosene. our and the case tinned for 4 years and it was compromised but after 6 Months Mahila sahayavani leaders reopened the case at high Court and it runner for 2years and my husband made drama of treating me an d my children with love and peace and his lawyer told to tell that iam happy with my husband I told as he directed and the case was dismissed after 3 months.Then husband started to torture me physically and mentally and now I am help less and I don't know what to do. How can i divorce my husband?
If it is a fact that your husband started to torture you physically and mentally and now you are help less, approach the High Court as the case is got opened by the Mahila sahayavani and reveal the facts. The Court does the needful.
Place your case before the family court and seek divorce, you have god sufficient grounds to seek divorce as well as maintenance. Have hopes. Good will be at your rescue. Good Luck.

if there is a that much harassment please file a case under D.V Act immediately along with that you can also file a case for divorce under the head of cruelty. But for divorce there should be a separation and you cant file a case for divorce when you are together under a same roof.
If it was so, please file a case against D V ACT and sought for protection. For time being it is more better to avoid the harassment.
Later you file divorce case showing the reason of mental harassment from your husband. In that you also mention the reason for separation with all the earlier court records and order.
You informed that he was physically torturing your. To protect this statement you need to prove the physical torture by showing medical certificate, bills. etc.

You can file divorce case at family by approaching advocate. You can approach us through law rato. You should have not believed the person who tried to burn you and he must be psycho or beast to do so and normal human being will not do so. Anyways you can file a divorce case on several grounds one among is cruelty.
