Harassment by family members mentally and physically

My family (Me,my father and mother) live in my grandparents' house alongwith my uncle's family.My aunt always abuses us verbally and mentally.She uses fowl and offensive language every time.My uncle supports her.She also tried to beat us with kitchen tools . I have a video evidence when she came to hit us.The situation is going to worse day by day.Can I take any action about it with this evidence?I am a government job aspirant.My uncle also threatened me to give false harassment case against me.
you must take immediate action against your family members without any further delay so as to prove your innocense and moreover you must also take assistance of a lawyer who is well versed in handling croocked situations
