GWOP petition and stage enquiry meaning

09-Dec-2023 (In Family Law)
Hi, My wife has filed GWOP petition praying to declare her as the gaurdian of two minor children. I have filed an IA petition questioning the jurisdiction of Noida district court as kids are residing in Gujarat. My ia petition is dismissed saying a detailed trial is required to determine the habitual residence of minors. I have filed a detailed counter to original petition. Now the case stage is set to enquiry. What is the meaning of enquiry? What I need to present or argue at this stage?

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if your wife has filed a petition in the guardian act she has liberty to file it from where she is working or home town where she lives if they are minor as per query to show your bona fide you have to show about your income if you are earning more and by whom they will be look after if you will be in working hrs for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

Dear Client, In that case, you should file a CAVEAT before High Court. Actually, she has a remedy to file the Habeas Corpus petition before Allahabad High Court herein. Jurisdiction is not barred, and in the Gaurdianship and Wards Act, you filed counter Affidavit that's good you may take a consultation.
