Gratuity settlement related between daughter in law mother in law

Who will receive my dead husband's gratuity if i am (wife ) and my 2 sons is the nominee and the only family he mentioned in all his service books My husband's mother is alive but we have been living alone for 20+years we have separate ration cards as well

your husband gratuity legally entitled only nominee . the nominee (wife) is getting pension and gratuity other allows entitled. your husband mother is alive or not any way not claim at all so you applied legal heirs certificate and submit related document you husband office your only eligible getting all those things

after the death of the husband that a graduate he will go to all the legal Heirs equally if it is Hindu law only the nominee is the person who collects the money and to distribute equally among the legal or not the norm Minister full one of the gratuity amount aur Daya ko bonus of the graduati amount of the death person
