Grand daughter's share in Grandfather's property

Me papa 5 bhai he. me apne papa ki akeli beti hu koi bhai nai. meri mummy buchpan me death ho gyi the. Mere papa ki death 2008 me hui thi uske baad mere dada ji ki death 2014 me hui he. Meri property me mera haq ban raha he ya nai. ye property pustaini he.

Yes you are eligible for your share in the property.You can claim your share in the ancestors property equal to the share of your father share in the property, unless your grand father has made any specific will.

Yes u have right in the poroperty and u can claim it through the court of the jurisdiction giving the details of entire property weather moveable or immovable u just need to get a no objection from the other claimants if exits otherwise the if you are the only legal heir then the whole property goes to you

U have got full share equal to your father. If they are not giving you may opt for legal remedy. For this you have to file a partition suit in civil court of your district court. Please call m in case of need

Yes you can get share both in your fathers property and your grandfathers property .Major changes had been carried out in Hindu succession act ,now daughters are at par with sons and they can inheritance property like son ,so you had legal right in the property .
