Got married when husband was minor is it a legal marriage

11yr back my marriage done.that time am just 18 and my husband was19.my name also added by his passport as his wife.and same there in my voter's ID card.my surname is his name. We have 2kids,10yr and 5yr old.now I want to know is my marriage legal or not? Pls answer me ASAP.. Tks..
Marriage is legally valid in every respect. It is only that marriage when either of spouses are below the specified age is punishable, such marriages are neither void nor voidable. Moreover, it happened more than 11 years back and from the facts stated, you are well settled with kids.

For a valid marriage the groom should have a minimum age of 21 years.nevertheless long standing relationship as partners give rise to a presumption of marriage for the purpose of maintenance ,inheritance ,matrimonial offences except bigamy
