Got court marriage done 2 years back now i want divorce what to do

I got a court marriage but i cant stay with her previous 2 years can i get divorce?
Are Youll willing to be separated by mutually or is there any type of dispute between you'll and you want to contest the matter and do you'll have any child from the marriage if yes what have you'll planned for it

You first need to send a notice and wait for 15 days for her reply. If she does not reply then you can file the divorce in the concern family court and if there is no family court in your area then the civil judge

Yes, you can get divorce. You should file divorce petition u/s. 13 of Hindi marriage act, if you are Hindi or under other provisions if you are from other religion. If your partner also wants divorce then you can file application with mutual consent.

Yes you can get a divorce under mutual consent if you are living separately from eachother for more than a year. If it’s contested divorce, then being abandoned continuously for a period of two years is also a ground for divorce alleging desertion on the spouse.
