Girlfriend threatening to file a false case of marriage fraud

Me and my gf are from different communities from ap. We both are married in a temple in 2013. We does not registered our mrg. I have photos and temple mrg receipt. They are threatening me of claiming fraudulent mrg case. We both are in love since 2007. I have proofs like recordings,love letters and her personal diary. Is there a possibility of mrg fraud in case of intercaste love mrg.

Your marriage is not come under fraud and you have marriage receipt is sufficient to prove your marriage 2.you have a right to file case against her for restitution of conjugal life to lead marital life

What is the age at the time of marriage? If she was minor at that time then it will be trouble for you. Now also if she wants she can file a case against you fraudulent marriage case. Age is important . If she is not willing for marital life then go for mutual divorce else you will invite lot of troubles . concentrate on studies .

Hi Even though your marriage is inter caste marriage, wedding photographs, temple receipt etc are sufficient proof of wedding being solemnized. You should approach the court and ask the court to grant you Restitution of conjugal rights with your wife.
