Girl threatening of filing false dowry case against fiancé & in laws

18-May-2023 (In Family Law)
This girls family approached mine family through matrimonial site for marraige. i live in abroad. I came to see girl on 3rd March. We all meet and after few days we decided to marry that girl. I went back. My parents and her parents had meeting regarding how to do the marraige. my parents asked for budget and replied 15 lac. On insisting from thier side that what you want, my parents told ok then as per your budget you can give car and furniture. It was agreed. I was unaware of this conversation happened my and her parents. we had rooka on 12 may. In rooka my father noticed girl's height is less. he noticed that her height would be 5 feet but in profile it was written 5 feet 2 inch. My father got annoyed and told me. Father asked for clarification with girl's dad. and demanded to measure the girl's height. Same day girl pinged me and calling off the marriage. now she is determined to file a case against me. Please suggest me what to do to avoid this situation and make my case strong.

Stu is called phone you can show that the real dispute was addressed factor and this and this triggered the ego of the girl and she is misusing the same as you are not going to take that furniture or car to the place of residence that is outside India and it is only the parents of the girl who insisted to take Such things of monetary value for tradition, their status et cetera and now they’re using the same as a tool to satisfy their ego and if lies are spoken in beginning trust cannot be done. You can also go back to your place of work
