Girl child rights on stepmother property after she died.

26-Dec-2023 (In Family Law)
My stepmother has brought a piece of land from her income. She died couple of years ago. Now my father has gifted that property to my brother. Do I have any rights as a girl child to challenge this gift deed. Since it was done without my consent.

Dear Sir, I have to see all the related documents. Basically you are also entitled for a share provided the said Gift Deed is to be challenged as invalid. Because that property cannot be inherited by your father and it can be inherited by the legal heirs of your deceased step mother like her parents and brothers.
