Gift by mother to Sister without Noc

My father was expired. His self acquired property now transfer to Mother by execution of release deed by me,brother and sister. Can My mother gift it to my sister without obtaining my NOC.

Well, as you guys have already signed Release Deed to release and transfer your shares in the Self made Property left by your deceased Father for his First class Legal Heirs, then, there is no need of giving further NOC from your end.

Once you have released your share, it acts as relinquishment of all your rights. Your mother is entitled to sell or use or gift it to any person of her choice. However if the release was obtained under any misrepresentation, you may challenge it by issuing notice

My first question is which religion you belong to? Because many facts and the results change depending on the religion of the person he belongs to. The is difference in some rules and aspects of inheritance, gifts and transfer of properties.
