Gf parents threatening and blackmailing to marry my daughter u had promised her and now u can't marry her .what can I do now . things r not working that's why not marying and her parents threatening that I will file a case against u with photo with u and my daughter..what can I do sir

If you are getting threatened by your GF and her parents then first of all you should immediately go for applying for an anticipatory bail just in case they try to accuse you of some fake litigation. And if you wish to marry her then you can always do that but their threat can increase after that also. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

If you do not find the girl suitable there can be no reason why you should marry her. the photographs and the other details , which may include even living in does not amount to any case unless you have gone physical with her. in that case a charge of rape can be put up against you. however the police does not file the rape case even that easy. so in the present case you can be rest assured about any non filing of case unless there is any physical interaction

Greetings of the day. We advise you to file an intimation / intallah peshbandi with the help of a lawyer. Get it drafted by a lawyer and file it with the concerned police authorities else it might leads you into trouble.

It's better to file a police complaint against them for blackmailing you with intention to maliciously prosecute you in falsified litigations. This way you can safeguard yourself. You can file criminal complaint against the parents of your girlfriend for criminal intimidation other than that there is no way But there are some other steps which you can take which will benefit you in future if a fake rape case or any other cases is planted by your girlfriend parents there are some safeguards which will help you in future .
