fSpl mrg act, do both parties need to present while submitting notice?

09-Feb-2023 (In Family Law)
For Special marriage act, while submitting the notice of marriage to the the marriage officer of the District, do both parties (i.e the bride and groom) needs to be physically present. I know that after 30 days, while solemnizing, their presence is mandatory obviously along with the three witnesses. But, can just one of the parties (i.e. the groom) can go and submit the notice of marriage? Thanks!

dear client, as per your query you both have to be present before the magistrate and sign before him with all the relevant documents as told by an advocate as he will verify by seeing you along with the witnesses.
