Friend not returning money of 86k

Manish roshan is not returning my money he said he will pay within 1 month hee took an amount of 86k from me I have the proofs as well
If you have got all the proof of the transferred money then firstly you need to serve him a legal notice and in that notice you need to warn him that either return my money back along with interest or face legal action which will be at your own risk. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

If you have ample proof to corroborate that he took the said amount from you and he is not returning that money, even when the promised period has lapsed, then you have the remedy to approach the court under civil as well as criminal laws. However, he must be served with a legal notice before you reach the court in order to give him the opportunity to alleviate the situation.
