Fraud case on in laws for hiding mental problem

Wife's parents hid her mental condition before marriage. Despite treatment she constantly threatening to suicide or run away from house. I want divorce and child custody of 1.5 yr old son. They are refusing and are demanding huge alimony now. Can I file fraud case on her parents? I have her prescriptions from her psychiatrist from long ago.

Yes, you can file a case against your in-laws and wife for cheating and another case for divorce. Chid custody can be claimed separately or along with divorce. Your wife is not entitled to alimony as she has suppressed her mental condition and you can claim compensation from inlaws.

all the original medical records what your wife gone before marriage and after marriage for car rental disability and mental illness and please kindly note what are the hospital so she can get the doctors attendance minimum information is required to file the case on mental in capacity and case mental capacity screwed you can get the full custody of the child even when the child is under 1 age 1
