Found guilty in dv in UK and after returning husband is absconding

How to file a maintenance case for 2kids when husband is absconding? He is mediating through friends but not giving his address or phone number. He has so many properties but not ready to give any kind of financial support. His whole family is in USA and misguiding him. How to file cheating case on all of them. His friends locally stopping me not to enter into his properties. Need legal advice.
You have to somehow get hold of the property details of your husband. Then you can file for maintenance simultaneously asking for attachment of property of husband. Cheating case is not necessarily involved here. i can guide you in finding out his property detail if you can show them. it will be essary to show to court.

if husband having properties then you can file partition suit, and you will get legitimate share in the propeties, and also you have option to file suit for maintanace if properties are standing in the name of husband, to enable you to charge on the property after the decree of suit.
