Q: Cheque Bounce Joint Memo what to do

As per joint memo the accused has not paid the amount. We had put a clause saying if not paid the agreed amount in 3 months the accused has to pay full cheque amount. Its been 6 months the arrest warrant also issued but the police is not taking any action. Is there anything we can do legally now? My lawyer asks me to tell the police to return the warrant. But the police is not listening to us. Please guide.

it is duty of the state/Police Officials to execute the Warrent, if the Police officials intentionally avoiding to execute the warrent, then Warrent may be execute through higher officials of the Police Department, then also, they are not executing the warrent, you have option to file Writ Petition before the Hon'ble High court, for issue direction to the state, as state police officials being the public servant, they are not obying the orders of the court, then High Court will give direction to the higher rank official of State, then Accused will be arrested.

Q: Harassment by husband and inlaws

Hi,My husband is harassing me and including my family members he won't leave them,he don't have any job,he is doing just time pass on the roads.when I ask the money for home expenses,he told me I won't give,i don't have money wt I did,u go and your friends,or anybody else,before marriage I will spend money u give me that money first,leave me in my life,he is saying me.he is always blackmail me.i will see u your end,i will spoil life he is saying everytime,he beaten me and my sisters,what I do now.

you can file maintainance petition before Family Court and also file petition under section 12 of protection of womans from Domestic Voilance Act, and you can seek interim remedy for protection of harrasment from your husband thourgh protection order in Domestic Voilance Act.

Q: Delay in possession of flat

We are 50 members who want to file case in national consumer court. We want to know the process , remedy and total cost of court and lawyer fees.

it is not mandatory to that if the persons are 50 or more than that, the jurisdiction Consumer Forum, Commission are on the basis of pecunary Jurisdiciton of your's claim amount. unless it is not diclosed by you about your grivence or claim amount in terms of amount, i can not give correct opinion.

Q: Found guilty in dv in UK and after returning husband is absconding

How to file a maintenance case for 2kids when husband is absconding? He is mediating through friends but not giving his address or phone number. He has so many properties but not ready to give any kind of financial support. His whole family is in USA and misguiding him. How to file cheating case on all of them. His friends locally stopping me not to enter into his properties. Need legal advice.

if husband having properties then you can file partition suit, and you will get legitimate share in the propeties, and also you have option to file suit for maintanace if properties are standing in the name of husband, to enable you to charge on the property after the decree of suit.
