Forced And false case against me

I have been married to my 7 years relationship all parents blessings, but to to her family members regular interference in emotional, financial and even in our personal space some normal argument were occuring, recently due to small argument my wife left home without informing me and when I tried to get her back there whole family was evading meeting, councelling. Recently they have filed for 498a, 506, 34(3/4,) against my family and me. I don't know how to proceed to bring her back,

Looks like you don't have children. Talk to her about having baby and this will resolve matters between you too. Also live separately from parents and in-laws. Talk to her about her family interference and ask her to take back the complaints. Filing of the complaints is serious and indicates that she is ready to cut ties with you. Do you really want to get back with her?

You have to contest the said matter and it's allegations. To bring her back you have to file for restitution of conjugal rights post which proceedings in family court will commence. The above charges are criminal in nature and you have to fight hard to prove them wrong

Well, you can lodge a case of Restitution of Conjugal Rights under Sec 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act to bring your Wife aback + You have to defend yourself under Sec 498A Case lodged against you by your Wife and her family.
