19-Jun-2023 (In Family Law)
Hello
I am a male writing my consent to this forum. I am 26 years old and ws in relationship with a girl 9 years elder than me for 3.5years. She was in deep love with me but we agreed that we will only get married if and only if our parents agrees. Previously she was ok with this now when my parents are not agreed on this relationship she is forcing me to do marriage and haressing me and my family like calling in a ngo and now she is threatening me that she will file a case of sexual assualt on me if i dont marry her. Can anything be done???
Is filing a case against me is legal??
My email id is [email protected]
As per your query you loved with the girl but not mentioned that whether your relationship would reach upto physical relationship? Moreover both were not married as per Hindu or whatever marriage law thereby complaint is not tenable. And if there would be any sexual relationship among both of you then you to face the consequences. For further guidance you have to consult with me alongwith all details.
hi,
i cannot email you. as lawrato does not allow .if i do it goes against professional ethics.
now answer,
keep in mind if you don't have any proof of agreement between both of you , you are in trouble if girl says there was no such agreement.
and in this situations filing a case against you is legal.
only way out is collect proof of her threatening of filing such false case against you.
even if you fail to collect proof and she files case against you , be ready for anticipatory bail.
don't get panic. be calm.
