section 9 jyada din nahi chalta hai ap puri details mentioned kare apne section 13 daala hua h ya nahi apke kom kom se suit running m h ab tak court m apne full name ke saath puri details mentioned kare

section 9 is restitution of cognugal rights. It is for reunion of husband and wife. if you want to get seperated from her you have to file a case under section 10 for judicial seperation or divorce under section 13 of the Hindu marriage act.
