He proposed me for marriage and then we was in living relationship. After some months he went out of India for work. And he came back to India after 1 year.. now he said he don't want to marry with me..

The question is whether he really had any intention to marry you when he proposed you. Whether you and your boyfriend had been into physical relationship during your live in relationship period. Whether you want to simply convince him for marriage or take legal action against him. Let me know the details and we can go ahead.

If you want to marry him and he had promised you of marriage then you may file a case of cheating with him. If you had develop physical relationship with him then you have a strong case of physical abuse against him on the pretext of marriage

Well, as he is denying to marry you, you can file a case of Criminal Breach of Trust. Moreover, if you have indulged with him in Physical Relationship during your Live In by relying on his promise, that, he would marry you and that was the reason, you permitted him to indulgy physically with you, then, you can file a Rape Case.
