Hi, I am a Hindu boy and want to convert in muslim and want to marriage with my gf! Can it is legally possible? Ya Can we marriage with special marriage Act without parents permission. Please advice us for our future

you will have to prepare a conversion affidavit . legally you can register a marriage if both of you have attained maturity. but for marriage of a muslim girl, it is necessary according to the sharia that her wali i. e father Or brother are ready for a marriage.

No there is no provision in Hindu law for conversion and it will create huge penal proceedings and imprisonment. There is one solution if you both love each other and if you are ready to convert yourself for her in Muslim community, plz inform her to convert her in Hindu community by vedic way in Trambkeshwar. Then you both can easily marriage as per Hindu Marriage Act.
