Financial issues with husband. Want to know my rights and how law can

I m married for 6 years. I m working. From day one I have been giving money to my husband for his business (which is joint in his family). Last year I made my own house from my money mostly. We sold the house because my in-laws businesses were not good and they were in heavy debts. My husband took all the money and didn't pay my home loan and personal loan from that. I don't have any support from in laws though their buisness venture and money matters are joint. I want to know how law can help me clear my debts through my husband. He have a property on his name.

You can claim monthly maintainance from him and use that monthly allowance to pay your loan and you can also claim share in the house for living purpose where u resided with him... Hi Madam, First of all, it is plus point if there is any property in your husband's name because the same can be utilised if ordered by the court to pay off debts. Please call for further clarification on the issue Thanks Adv Dr Preeti
