Financial Help for teen daughter from deserted wife

My wife deserted me and my teen daughter during covid when I lost my job and she found job in film industry. She decided to be in that fantasy world and not to come back to marriage commitment. My wife basically super rich and I am a middle class. Now I am surviving with my savings and not able to go to work as I need to take care of old widow mom and teen daughter. Is it possible to formally ask financial support like MIS on kid name and credit in her account for kid school fee and monthly expense?nnfor now my wife not looking for divorce, may be she got some advise to be in separation and then do it. I am clear I am not going to give divorce what so ever. I still love her, she is acting due to people in the film industry. How can I legally ask for financial support?nnif I ask legally when she put some case to take the kid away from me?

Send a legal notice for RCR(Restitution of Conjugal Rights) mentioning your requisites to your wife, if she fails to take necessary steps, you can proceed to file a RCR case if you wish to reconcile with your wife, on behalf of your kid, you can ask maintenance also. for any clarifications regarding this dispute, you can contact me

Yes, your daughter can claim maintenance from her mother who is working and earning. She can file a maintenance case by appointing you as the representative. But, as you mentioned, just to vex you your wife may file a custody case to claim your daughter. However, if your daughter is not willing to go with her mother then she cannot be forced.
