Filed section 9 but i want divorce now

I have filed section 9 against my wife. My wife has been staying with her parents since 1 year. Now I want divorce I can't live with my wife. She wants to come to my home. What should I do

dear client, you have given me a query for matrimonial dispute as per your query you can file a case of divorce but there are also some other points which should be kept in mind to do all the proceedings. discussion is needed.

dear client as you don't want to live with your wife you want to file for divorce then divorce is of two types mutual when both the parties agree and contested when only one party agrees so you can file fo contested divorce what is your jurisdiction place..
