Can we file case against abusive father ...who physically and mentally harrases his daughter and wife

yes definitely his wife and daughter can file domestic violence case . if wife and child is not earning members then they have right both can file maintenance case. which will held you alot. wife also can lodge FIR against husband in sections 498A

Yes ur mother an u can file a case under domestic violence act against him and seek various orders including protection order also from the Magistrate First Class against him.U can even seek maintenance ur mother for herself and u if u are minor .

yes you and your mother can file a doemstic violence complaint against your father. also u can lodge an FIR against him for the alleged acts of cruelty done by him upon you and your mother which initiates after filing complaint in mahila thana. u can seek help from NCW i.e. national women commission also
