Father's brothers threatening for share in property inherited by will

My grandfather are 2 brothers. One of them have no child . And my father are 3 brothers. And my father staying with my those grandfather who have no child. Last month my grandfather donate all the property to via vasiyat to me and my elder brother. But by this week my father's both brother give threat to me to cancel the vasiyat. And give equal share to both of them. Is there any law by thet they can take shares in vasiyat,s property. Plz healp me.

Your grandfather make vasiyat registered or not. Or did your grandfather is alive. If he alive than only he hav right to cancel vasiyat against you. Or if he not alive than no one can cancel the deed vasiyat. After his death you can probate the will in court.

Will is enforceable only after the death and will can be cancel at any time during the life . Thus it is the best way to get the property either by way of registered gift deed or sale deed. Then no body can challenge your title.

sir, you not explained your matter .. so I don't better advice you.. i inform you if your grandfather earn own property then he give anybody but he have not own earn property and his property family property then he not give ..
