Father torturing us how to file complaint

My father has make voilences in home in almost every month..he beated us...my mother and bros and sister even me,all of us...can we file a complaint against him,without his knowledge???
Yes u have consulted a lawyer and he will file a complaint against him for his acts and court will punishes him accordingly don't fear kindly take necessary action for your protection as soon as possible

Ya sure why not, You can file a complaint validly against your father under relevant sections of the I.P.c. and that too without informing him about it. There is no bar as such buy the only thing which police will do is a call for the mediation first , and finally I'd they do not register it then you can move an application to the court also for the registration of the F.I.R.
