Father pay very less maintenance amount insufficient for family needs

Sir , my father Is a government officer he married someone else now he is paying 10, 000 Ten thousand to my mother under the law. His salary is more than 80, 000 Eighty thousand We want more money for our education purpose And also he is not paying 10,000 correctly and the court also not doing anything else what i ve to do regarding dis plzzz help me hope you understand my concern

Your mother can file another petition for enhancement of maintenance basing on the change in circumstances. If your father is not paying maintenance regularly your mother can ask the court to direct the paying officer of your father to directly deposit the maintenance amount to the account of your mother.

Dear client, File the IA complication in the court of law and also inform the court and describe your problem in a complaint. So immediately u should engage a lawyer and file a complaint against your father.

First we need to know your religion, if your hindu and your father did not convert to islam, and your father did not take divorce then his second marriage itself amounts to bigammy which is an offence under section 494 of I.P.C. However for maintenance your mother should file a maintenance case under section 125 Cr.P.C and she would get decent maintenance.
