Father not accepting girl child. Legal process to demand DNA test?

My husband wanted son but I gave born to a baby girl so he is not ready to accept her and saying that he is not her father. What is legal process to demand for DNA test

सबसे पहले आप अपने पति के खिलाफ घरेलू हिंसा का मुकदमा संबंधित कोर्ट में प्रस्तुत करें जिसमें यह सभी आधार लिखेंगे की लड़की को अपनी संतान होने से इंकार कर रहा है अगर कोर्ट के अंदर आपका पति इस बात से इनकार करता है कि लड़की संतान उसकी नहीं है तो आप dna टेस्ट के लिए प्रार्थना पत्र कोर्ट में दे सकते हैं कोर्ट आपकी एप्लीकेशन को मंजूर करके उस लड़की के पित्रत्व का निर्धारण कर देगा

You and your husband live with.when child is born during legal marriage than need prove that child is his and he is father of girl child father .where marriage legal child is legal father accepted his child .

As you stated that your husband is not ready to accept a baby girl, So madam In my opinion and as per law there is strong presumption that if a child was born during continuance of marriage. And the husband who would be compelled to bear the fatherhood of a child. It is need to go to court for this purpose , and if court finds circumstances to get the report of DNA than court can order for DNA test. but supreme court observed that child should not be subjected for DNA.
