Father mentally harshing by drinking and fighting

I am 26 year old and right now I am preparing for the exam to get a job but due to my father I am not able to study and do anything because of His drinking and fighting habit he fights and bit my mother and me and ask us to leave the house I am very depressed sometimes I think about to do suicide due to continuous harshing environment how can I take legal action against to me

jaise ki aap Bata rahe hain yah aapki age 26 years old aur aapke father aapko harassment kar rahe hain aap sabse pahle Unse aaram se baat karke dekhiae Kyunki yah aapka family matter hai or matter Court mein jaane ke bad Kafi Lamba ho jata hai
