Hi,nThe husband of my sister in law is abusive and alcoholic. He was never supportive towards his immediate family of wife and two children. nnRecently his wife my sister in law expired due to cancer and instead of providing support to his children, he started to abuse the children. nnAfter the demise of my sister in law the children are helpless as the father is not supporting them or providing any financial supportI wanted to know which laws in this case are applicable against the father and how can the children's future be secured.
