My wifes parents are forcing me for divorce ,and I don't want to go for divorce ,what to do kindly guid

Let them force you. If you don't want to get divorced from your wife, no one can forcefully ask you for divorce. You have to contest the divorce if filed in family court by your wife and dismiss the divorce petition. For further assistance, you can approach me

I have gone through your query. You have not mentioned the decision of your wife. You have not mentioned the duration of your marriage life You have not mentioned about your kids. If you wish to continue your marriage and you are not ready for divorce then you may very well file petition for restitution of conjugal rights against your spouse before the family court in your region. You may contest the case

Well, If you do not want to seek Divorce from your Wife, then, no one can compel you legally to Divorce her. She cannot get Divorce until and unless you grant her Divorce. If the Parents of your Wives are forcing you to Divorce their Daughter, then do not come under their pressure. If they are threatening you, lodge a case of Criminal Intimidation against them.
